Map page, new Weather forecast feature:
- long-press the Map anywhere for a 5 day / 3 hour forecast
- data source is 'OpenWeatherMap.org'
- same source as for the 'Weatherfetch' feature (introduced in Version 6.0)
- the last forecast is reproducible via a new 'Old Weather forecast' action in the 'Map Options' menu
- forecasts are presented in the printable and mailable DocPage

MapSet page:
- the 'Single-tap mode' picker has been discontinued
- its 'Distance to point' and 'Nearest point' options are moved to the 'Long-press mode' picker
- single-taps (or just 'taps') therefore now have only standard iOS functionality in the Map
- new 'Weather forecast' option added to the 'Long-press mode' picker, now with options:
- None (-)
- Distance (D)
- Nearest (N)
- Weather forecast (W)
- XtraEvent (X)
- new direct access to the picker by tapping a nav.bar button with a one-letter abbreviated title (-,D,N,W,X) next to the Map page title

For simplicity, removed buttons:
- 'Save settings as my defaults'
- 'Reset settings to my default'
from pages:
- Settings mainpage
- TrackSet page
- MapSet page

Changed some Factory defaults in the last two above

Track editor:
- removed erraneous 'Change Tzone done' msg
- occurred on changes not relating to Track zones

Other changes:
- minor textual changes, e.g. the word 'single-tap' changed to just 'tap'
