The very popular ‘Save the Date to Vaccinate’ app is an easy-to-use reminder tool to help parents ensure their children are vaccinated on time. Just enter your child’s name, date of birth and postcode and the app creates a personalised immunisation schedule and sends you a series of reminders when it’s time to book appointments.
The app is intended as a planning and reminder tool. Complete records of the vaccinations your child has received are available from the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR) on 1800 653 809.
•iCloud backup built in, to help backup your child’s profiles and import them into the new app so you don’t lose any data

Not Worth It
Lost my son's data while updating and had to make a new profile. And the app just gave late notifications for the past vacinnations that we're late (which we already had), therefore we have to manually put the date and time for past vaccinations.
Do yourself a favor by making a reminder on your phone instead of relying on the app.
Oh and the new interface of the app looks like the designer has lost all hope because he's not paid enough to design the app.
Crashes before opening
This app crashes before I open. I uninstalled and installed many times thinking it must be something to do with my phone but look like the issue is in app itself.
Admin, please fix the issue as this app is very helpful with vaccination due dates and other information. Thank you!
Date selection process is terrible
Thought this would be a good app to get and record all in one place his vaccinations already had and ones to get done as due for 4yo vax in few months.
Went to put in all dates of previous vaccinations - but with a scroll bar only to sect from, no day/month/year, it is annoying and time consuming it scroll all the way back a few years to enter correct date.
