Watching SBS On Demand on any Apple device is metered regardless of your ISP.

This version has new features, autoplay next episode for a series, and we'll present you with more options to watch once you've finished, and you don't know what to watch later or next.

Great content... Good App

App is quite good... but here are a couple of suggestions:
1) In ‘Favourites’ it would be good to have a sub-section for tv shows/movies expiring soon (ie. within next 4 weeks)
2) For tv series, it doesn’t show the expiry date. It would be good to see this for each episode, particularly when each episode of the series have a different expiry date (eg. X-Files)
Otherwise, I’ve had no issue and the content is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

1- it's a good idea and it's on our list to make it happen
2- Currently we present it next to the episode list a few days out from expiry but this has been raised before and we're going to look at presenting it earlier than this. I realise some customers are not into push notifications but we also send these if you've opted to received them.

Horrible app

Horrible experience with streaming the shows I would like to watch. Often comes up with the error message saying there’s a problem in playing the episode.
Also if I’m exiting out of the app and there is an ad playing it will continue to play rather than stop.
There’s been a few times that it hasn’t paused at my progress, I go to watch it the next day and have to scrub through the episode to find where I was up to.

And before anyone asks, the internet connection is perfectly fine. I don’t have issues streaming off other apps, but there are a lot of bug errors that really need to be fixed.

Needs Work

I recently started using this to watch The Handmaids Tale and took a look around to see what else is available to watch too. Content is interesting. But I’m having major issues being able to get episodes to play, advert starts, then SBS main screen pops up, can still hear ad running... then ‘there’s an is issue playing this title try again later’ kind of message I can watch some other shows but not The Handmaids Title. What’s up with this app? Yes, I have tried all the trouble shooting advice available and nothing helps.
