Neither the website link from the App Store nor the link nor website URL provided on initial screen upon downloading this app have ANY privacy policy. Therefore, this company doesn’t care about your confidential information and it means your personal information isn’t secure. I immediately deleted the app, concerned that an app that’s going to have access to my medical information doesn’t have any rules or policy on ow hat information is handled or shared.

Dr didn’t receive images. Tried the app to show images to my Dr and the app said images offline during consultation. Waste of my scan and money. I would prefer not to even give a star. Where is the offline redundancy option for patients who need the scan we paid for? It’s not like I was given a printout.

Can’t sign in and with totally confused with your promos.

Worked perfectly, now since update, can’t sign it, argh!!!!!!

Downloaded the app to try and see my ultrasounds of my baby, but it won’t even let me type anything at all in the username part. Just the password, and you can’t sign in with only a password! Tried the part where you can “quick share” using the code by the clinic and can type one number there and nothing else. Horrible app, all I wanted was to show my husband our baby as he couldn’t make it to the ultrasound and because the app is so bad I can’t do that. Don’t even bother downloading.

I can't seem to access the app even though I have followed the instructions. Nothing is sent to my SMS or email even though I selected forget password as instructed. I can access the website but the second time I tried it didn't accept the username it had provided during set up the first time. Then it gave me the same username 🤷‍♀️So I can view all the images but nowhere can I find the written reports. Not much value to someone that doesn't understand the images but can understand the written word. Sadly there are no reports 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
