Great game but some bugs

I love this game & it's very addictive but there are a few bugs that make it annoying. Firstly I keep getting a message when I open it that I have an account conflict & that I have 2 accounts. I have only ever had the 1 player account. Secondly, when I went to play one of the competitions- Party Yellow, I was sitting on over 1000 points when I closed it the night before but then when I went back the next day, all my points were gone & I was back down the bottom of the ladder which was frustrating because I was close to achieving a frame.
Plus my progress isn't saved in the VIP levels & when there is a new VIP game, I go right back to the start of the progress bar even though I may have won 3 previous VIP games.

I think it is poor of the game to only allow game progress to save only is they have logged in with Facebook. There are a lot of people who aren’t allowed Facebook or simply don’t have it and for this game to delete game progress after every time I exit the game is wrong. I have had no recent updates, my device has nothing wrong with it and the app hasn’t updated in a while and so it is simply the creators fault and not mine or my devices’ fault. I hope I get a quick response and that staff immediately fix this problem that is annoying. I haven’t played this game in a long time because I’m always annoyed that I have to start all over again because the app just deletes my game progress every time I leave, which isn’t my fault. If you are reading this and haven’t got the app yet and don’t have Facebook, simply don’t get it because you will never have saved game progress.

Hi there! Thank you for this great feedback. Facebook is the main option we offer for those who want to keep their game experience intact. Otherwise, the game saves can be impacted by external factors (device updates, re-installs, operating system changes, etc.) As for disputes, we have a team reviewing content daily, and adding thousands of words per week! We prioritize disputes with more than 1 submissions and words for new categories, but we get around to them all eventually. Tips for avoiding auto-correct: ensure proper spelling, no plurals, can't begin w/adjectives or articles (A, An, The), no short forms, no mature content. Thanks! -KD

Critical bugs that never get fixed

This game has the potential to be fun, but the bugs make it impossible to play. I’ve been playing the tournament round, but whatever was released in the latest version caused a critical bug. After playing the round and submitting my answers, there is a never-ending loading screen that says “trying to connect”, and it simply never will connect. Happens every single time. You could be waiting there for an hour and it will never resolve.
Clearly I am not the only person this is affecting, so why isn’t this resolved? There is no way this has gone unnoticed if they even had the most basic of error logging. I could be forgiving if the bug was released, and patched quickly. But I waited 2 weeks to play again, and it’s still an issue. And those rounds are 100 tokens. Terrible error handling as well, seeing that the server is trying to connect in an infinite loop
