App update rubbish
I have just had my app updated and I now can’t log in again. Says my mobile number is already in use when trying to register again then tried to use my husbands phone number but got an error message saying emails didn’t match (I typed them in exactly matching). Really annoyed with this as my kids school uses this app for updates. Even tried to get an email on how to reset my password but after 6 hours still no email
Schools should not be using this app
This is the worst app to have to be able to communicate with the school. I am no longer able to login at all. Every time I try to get it to reset my password, it never does. I have searched my emails and nothing has come through.
And it looks like I’m not alone being frustrated with this, clearly the app creators have no intentions of fixing the issue.
One star is generous
I would give it zero stars if I could. Multiple crashes during registration process. Multiple crashes during login. Removed and reinstalled three times. Still doesn’t work. No update in a year. Many others with the same issue and no response from the developers. Only installing on advice from my son’s new school so I am done with this. Don’t bother.
