The AllMyTribe app requires an ongoing in-app subscription. Subscriptions cost AUD $5.99 per month to connect up to 2 Spacetalk devices to your AllMyTribe user account, or AUD $8.99 per month to connect up to 5 Spacetalk devices to your AllMyTribe user account.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected subscription plan.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings (in the Settings app on your iOS device) after purchase.

Excellent initiative that avoids need for a phone and keeps kids safe
We purchased the Spacetalk watch for our 11 year old and we couldn’t be happier with it. Excellent value for money given the peace of mind it brings! It alerts us when it’s switched off when he’s left school grounds and cannot receive calls or messages from unauthorized numbers! The fact that there are
no apps, no games, no access to social media or internet was a big part of our decision to purchase this particular device! Reception quality with calls is excellent and location tracking is brilliant. We received the watch within 24 hours of ordering it! Great customer service. This is a must by for parents wanting to avoid a phone as long as possible but also be able to keep in contact safely with their kids!
Unreliable Watch but excellent service
Bought the watch in January 2018. Had a number of connection issues throughout the year. The watch would go offline meaning wearer could not use the watch and I could not track or phone them. I would return the watch for repairs but same problems would arise a few weeks later. After 9 months I received a replacement watch but connection problems persisted. Watch wasn’t reliable for me. When it worked it was great but it simply didn’t work often enough. If my son was in an emergency situation, I could not rely on the watch to locate or contact him. I eventually gave up. Like other kids GPS watches on the market, unreliability is a problem. Hopefully technology advancements in years to come will resolve this issue. If you have the money, I recommend an Apple Watch-it’s the only watch I’ve found to work reliably. One final note-the service this company provides was exceptional. Just a shame the product didn’t match it.
Excellent app and dev team
From what I observed after buying the watch in its first week of release that they had a scratchy start. App was limited in functionality and the watch was unreliable. Just by the software updates on both app and watch (firmware), they improved the usability multifolds. On many occasions, Dev team manager contacted me directly to obtain feedback and then in promised timeframe, implemented all of them.
I have no hesitation in recommending AllMyTribe to parents and children wanting to use a reliable Aussie smart watch with tracking and calling ability. If any issues, contact their support team, they are very responsive and capable.
