* Black screen issues: Some third party apps prevent screen mirroring. When you try to mirror them, you will just see a black screen on your TV, for example with Netflix and Disney+. This is a restriction chosen by Netflix and others, so we cannot fix it at the moment.

We are sorry, but the Screen Mirroring App is still under development and currently does not support sound, but we are already working on it. Please stay tuned. You can connect your smartphone to a bluetooth box and temporary workaround this problem.

Screen Mirroring Doesn’t Work
I thought I’d finally get a free screen mirroring program when I downloaded the app. However, the mirroring process always stops because some app isn’t installed on my TV. I press the button ,Go to Application’ to download the app but the button does nothing! A total rip-off of time. However, maybe it has something to do with my Roku TV being a Telstra TV powered by Roku.

Please install the free Screen Mirroring companion app on your TV or Roku device to enable mirroring. You can find in your Roku menu at "Search" -> enter "Screen Mirroring" -> download the channel.

Horrible app
Don’t waste you time the screen mirror doesn’t even work
It keeps saying screen mirror R stop to a due the it said press to go to application I press it it nothing happens this is stupid

Have you installed the Screen Mirror Companion app on your Roku device? Please also try to turn off both your smartphone and your receiver device completely (pull the plug) and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
Please also try the following options that may help:
(1) Please make sure you have a stable internet connection (both your iOS device and the receiver device). Please also try to move your wifi access point (or router) nearer to your receiver device and your sender device to improve the signal.
(2) Please make sure that the energy-saving mode of your phone is not activated (the battery percentage of your iOS device should ideally be above 30%). This can lead to incorrect transmission.
(3) Please update your Roku device to the latest version.
(4) Please try to update the Screen Mirroring App on your Roku and iOS device.
If the problem persists, please send us a video showing the problem via email (info@screen-mirror.com). This will make it easier for us to fix the issue as soon as possible. Please also add information about the sender device (example: iPhone 7 with iOS 11.1) and your Roku device (example Roku model xyz with software version abc). You can find the information in your Roku menu at "Settings" -> "System" -> "Info".
