ServiceTrade is for commercial service contractors. Technicians use the ServiceTrade app to deliver more jobs, report better information, and connect with customers.

With ServiceTrade, commercial service technicians can:

- Access detailed job information
- Record time spent preparing, in transit, and on site
- Add pictures, videos, and audio memos that document your work
- Report problems with pictures, videos, and audio memos
- View asset service history
- Scan and upload paperwork from the field
- Receive schedule updates from the office

ServiceTrade helps eliminate pesky status update phone calls and stops extra trips back to the office to drop off paperwork. With ServiceTrade, you can cut out distractions and focus on providing amazing customer service.

Bug Fixes:
- Sourced items will not pre populate the delivery date causing overdue item issues
- Added a delay to clock out / back in from on break buttons to reduce clock errors caused by rapid consecutive inputs from user
- Images uploaded to a deficiency are no longer duplicated
- Removed ability to add items in mobile app after a job has been completed
- Correct brand will display for work acknowledgement when web app has multiple brands
- Canceled sub contract jobs no longer appear on nearby jobs list
- Items marked inactive are no longer searchable
- App will no longer freeze if starting in offline or low data mode
- Comments added in clock out workflow no longer duplicate
