Keeps locking people out

Hi,

This app is rather frustrating, as it keeps locking women players out for no reason other than talking as you would in a normal conversation, while you’re playing the online game. It has happened to me multiple times, leaving the other player I’m talking to, wondering if they did anything wrong or were offensive to me.. Even sometimes trying to extend the game for nothing - I can’t even tell them I’m locked out.

After reading online reviews about it, I think it specifically targets players who are outside of the US and the UK, which seems rather discriminatory..

Would it be possible to fix your algorithm so that it censors inappropriate chats, (I.e. it what you type doesn’t show up onscreen) rather than completely locking out lady players?.. As, based on the online reviews I have read, a lot of women players delete this app because of this, causing your app to not have enough lady players — probably only 20% of players are women.

I notice, this has never happened to your male players.. Eventhough I have noticed, sometimes my co-players may have been the ones to type something that might be inappropriate, why is it that I am the only one who usually gets locked out?

Please fix it.

Else everyone will just end up deleting it.

Be Careful…

If you want to use this app, then you need to know this:

1. Never give out any sort of information about you. Do not show your face, do not give your number, do not give them any of your social media, no names, no referencing family or friends. I made the same mistake.

2. Don’t trust the people you talk to on this app. Even if they seem trustworthy, I made the same mistake.

3. The moderates (if there even are any…) seem to have no real interest in stopping scammers and blackmailers. For me, I found 30+ scammers and blackmailers in my first day here. There are a few people who are trying to sell nudes, and other things (some of those things are very illegal).

4. If you do want to keep using the app, then please for the love of god keep this all in mind when you use this app. I was warned like this too, but I didn’t listen. And I regret it.
