SG Buses utilizes bus arrival time data from Land Transport Authority of Singapore, LTA, and bus route map data from Singapore Bus Route Explorer (https://busrouter.sg)

Typical experience: you need to quickly check the bus arrival or route, open the app, it quickly located where you are, but as you click on the bus stop name it instead opens a full page advert without an option to close if for 10s. Way to kill your user base for a quick buck. Uninstalling, googling is faster now.
Problems awaiting to be solved.
Recent synchronisation is so bad that is at an average of 6-7mins differences. Taken bus from two locations at different suburbs and both timing could jump from 5-6mins longer or shorter. Please do something about it if you want people to use the app.
