My first experience was business 2 business delivery. The driver was changed but I was not notified. Called originally assigned driver they answered like they didn’t know. An hour later the job was fixed.Not very reliable system.

I use these guys for anything personal errands I want doing and they’ve been brilliant every time. They’re so cheap I actually feel guilty. Sherpa, if you’re listening. Put in a tip option as I often feel like giving one, especially when they smash the 2hr time limit with 90mins to spare. Gives incentive for the riders too.

I’ve used the service twice now in Sydney and both times I’ve been impressed with the reliable service and great value. Really happy with the app and the feedback it gives.

Hi friends and sir, i have done 245+ deliveries for sherpa they are frauds and rude , I have done many deliveries most of the time they answers rudely, recently I have done one run for them I was waiting for 2 hours because the deliveries are not ready and after that when I got they said there is some different issues and they did pay the waiting fees faulty they added the waiting fees when I completed the deliveries they removed the waiting fees in my account

Just used Sherpa when struggling to fit a baby’s cot in my car. Found the app and within 5 mins had signed up and organised for someone to help me get the cot home.
