Easy to use app and great service

The app is great to use- quick anda easy and even tells you if items are sold out so you don’t waste any time. The business itself is run well with friendly staff in all cafes who build good relationships with their customers so you always feel valued. As a busy person with somewhere to be or something to do, I love how seamless the whole experience is here. When I have the time to sit and chill, the environment here is perfectly relaxing and welcoming too.

Easy to use

Easy to use, would be good if Apple pay/Google pay options rather than entering card details

Convenient but should be able to collect points ordering in store

I’m surprised at how user friendly this app is and use it much more than I thought I would. But it would be better if you could order in store and scan for points. It’s a bit weird going out with others paying separately and not ordering with them. Trying to explain you have to order to get the free coffee points.
