Bug if transferring and connection timeout
If you lose connection when making a payment it displays a message indicating the transfer has failed and to try again. When making the next attempt and succeeding, the bank balance displays you have made 2 duplicate payments. Upon calling there is no clarification whether one or two were made until the bank completes a 10 day investigation.

Very poorly designed app
The app has crashed recently on ios, without being addressed for weeks. This halts all my ability to do internet banking. Shinhan needs to take this seriously to redesigned the app. It is now worse than local Vietnamese bank mobile app.
