Shop Titans: Crafting Tycoon 9+

I downloaded this game about 3 weeks ago, and I’ve been hooked. It’s a casual style that requires you to actually play the game and be active in order to achieve levels and goals.

It’s grindy, but good grindy. Nothing is easy, but if you dedicate half an hour of play to doing one single thing you’ll achieve it, and it’s actually quite rewarding.

There’s also the ‘Offline’ factor of click upgrade and come back in *insert time*, so it’s definitely got both the play to win factor but also the idle factor for those who can’t always be at the screen.

Developer Recommendations :

You can purchase / upgrade to have more items crafted at a time, you can also upgrade your quest to run 2, 3 etc etc.

Could we consider having the option to purchase a second builder to upgrade resources and shelf space? I have so much spare cash even after investing in hero’s definitely a consideration.

More content - a lot of the content requires gem purchase. You have the fan base and active players to be able to introduce more coin purchases. 400 gems for a floor tile is insane..

I would extend this to hero purchases, I’m sure you know you’re development costs better than me, but I would assume you’ll have more people paying $20? For a hero rather than $40+ just so they can build more items.

I have owned this game for approx 3 months and not one single advertisement has ever appeared - that’s by far my most favourite aspect of the game, and makes me happy to splurge every now and then (maybe once a month or so) and purchase in game money because i’d like to support games like this that don’t force ads or purchases on the gamer. This game is so fun and addictive and there’s always something happening. Customer support is fantastic and responsive. Graphics are smooth and visually appealing. My only ask is that the developers maybe add some more music to the game, i enjoy what we have currently but I literally play this game for hours on end and get a little bored with the background music lol. Would highly recommend A+++

The game itself is fantastic for all types of gamers, shame something so great can be let down by poor in game support. It shouldn’t take days to correct log in difficulties. After re-downloading the game to force a manual update I now cannot access my normal account, instead it has converted over to another character. I have manually updated the game several times before with no issues.

So I have sent multiple messages through the contact us support in page game and have had no reply for over 24hrs! I have also had a fellow gamer report my issue in discord, also to no avail. Instead other things are brought up as is the fault is on the gamer, and not the account log in. Is it when things are too difficult you just put it aside in hopes people stop responding? That’s not in any way shape or form a good way to conduct business.
