Shudder Support is the WORST support I have ever experienced!! They NEVER respond or fix issues!!! Why bother having a support ticket system if you’re not actually going to support your subscribers or your platform???!!! I have been subscribed to Shudder for only 4 months now and three times during that period I have had issues where randomly the Shudder platform won’t allow me to play any movie, even a movie I have watched previously! When I press play it says “Update Subscription To Watch” even though I already have a paid subscription, and when I tap on the “See Plan Options” my Apple device confirms I am currently subscribed! I have tried EVERYTHING, logging out and logging back in, deleting the app and reinstalling, trying my subscription on another device, NOTHING fixes the problem!!! The last two times this happened I received NO support from Shudder and the problem seemed to randomly fix itself after about 2 weeks!! Combined, I have already lost a full month of Shudder access due to this issue and am now experiencing this issue AGAIN, and AGAIN I have had no response from the Shudder support team except for the automated email confirming my support ticket has been created! I expect a full month credit/refund and now another additional full month credit/refund for this same problem reoccurring and the further frustration I’ve had to endure!!!! I would appreciate a response from someone, ANYONE at Shudder!!
