Easy and Fast

This is an easy and fast software, just in time for my needs to make a signed document, thanks

No way to terminate trial

I downloaded for free trial, noting one would be billed $79/year for eternity if one did not terminate the free trial within three days. Having decided that the billing rate was ridiculously high for casual use, I immediately set about trying to cancel. But I checked every option on the app, including “My Account” and “Terms of Service”... but there is NO OPTION to terminate the account. I have a philosophical problem with apps that are ease to download, yet impossible to ‘Unsubscibe’.

Doesn’t work, can’t get support

I downloaded the app 4 days ago to use for work, when I open the app I’m asked to subscribe but I’ve already subscribed and the app just won’t recognize it. Also, I can’t access the support function because the same message asking me to subscribe comes up. I’m not sure if it’s a scam, a poorly designed app or just a glitch.
