I have bought several things form here and mostly they are good. Customer service is very slow if you do need to return faulty items for a refund. It usually takes them a week or longer to respond to emails. I am still waiting for a refund from things I ordered back in November 2012 (nearly 3 months)
BEWARE - THEY SELL COUNTERFEIT ITEMS
I purchased Laguiole knives that were advertised as genuine being made in the Laguiole region of France. The items arrived LATE, the tracking DID NOT WORK, multiple emails were IGNORED and the few that were were just cut and paste responses that DID NOT ADDRESS ANY of my issues, and when the items arrived they were poorly packed, DAMAGED and FAKE!!! They were proudly labeled made in the PRC - and weren’t even good quality copies - they were absolute rubbish. SO beware, they sell cheap imitation knock offs and not the genuine article as advertised.
Easy shopping
Very busy working Mum. All my children's clothes and any gifts are purchased on singsale. Very easy.
