Sked Social features web uploading of images or video, scheduling for later, and supports multiple accounts.

Unlike other solutions, you don't have to have your phone on you at the time something is scheduled, or muck around posting it yourself. Sked Social does it all for you.

The Sked Social app lets you:

- Schedule new posts
- See upcoming posts that are scheduled to be sent to social networks
- Edit and modify any scheduled posts you want to change

We’ve added a host of new features and fixed a few bugs:

- Create and edit posts for Pinterest, Google My Business, and YouTube
- Add and edit location tags for Instagram posts
- View and plan content using account groups
- Use template manager when creating and editing posts
- Bug fix: gifs are now getting being correctly created as video posts

Helpful, solid on desktop but buggy on mobile

Have had a good amount of success with the desktop app. I really like it and am excited for future updates. Sometimes find it difficult to make changes to carousel posts, and have set up carousels to have only one image posted more than once. Support for this function would be appreciated.

There is no carousel function on the mobile iPhone app. This makes last minute changes or additions to posts difficult. Saving and posting is often restricted by the stability of your wifi connection, but hardly Schedugram’s fault! Basically I prefer the desktop app, and hope the mobile one will be improved so I can stop needing both devices at hand!

Sub-par software, less than stellar service

I turned to Sked because it promised auto-post for video carousels. However, it changes the colour gradients of my video posts. When I contacted customer service they weren’t particularly responsive. Nevertheless, when I use other services such as Later or Preppr I don’t have this problem at all. I notified Sked of this problem on the 17th Aug and signed up for the service on 11th Aug. Customer service then took over a week to get back to me with no way forward to solve the issue. When I requested a refund as I am unable to use the service, I was told that I needed to have raised the issue within “7 days of signing up”. My advice - don’t wait for customer service to assist you in any way and if you’re going to pay for scheduling software, skip this one and try another service.

Unreliable

I wanted to love this app but it is unreliable (posts fail, don’t get posted at the time of schedule, edits don’t save). My posts were stuck in “upload” and therefore couldn’t post subsequent content or edit existing content- took 2 weeks to receive the due support from the support team (after following up myself multiple times to get a response). On the flip side, once contact is made, the support is finally decent. The app has good qualities in scheduling and is easy to use. They have recently made changes and I am optimistic things will improve.

Hi, apologies for support not being onto it as fast as possible. It was an engineering problem and so took some time to fix and deploy. The version you're on now (v2019.12) has fixed the problem with the uploading that you experienced (unfortunately you were uploading some videos that were in an unsupported format that we hadn't come across before and so we had to make sure we handled it correctly, which is what the new version now does). You shouldn't experience any more issues with the post failing to upload and if there is a delay over 30 seconds we've also added a manual timeout option so you can cancel it and not affect your posting like before. You should not experience any issues though once the content is uploaded though as our system is pretty bulletproof! Hopefully you can enjoy the new update (includes iPad support too if you use one!) and like it enough to give us a better review :) Thanks, Dan
