Ski Tracks will automatically store your ski workout in Health once enabled in Ski Tracks settings. Health data includes energy, distance, descents and other ski metrics which is viewable in the Health app.
This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.

Love this app for the snow
I’ve used other apps for tracking my days on the snow but Ski Tracks wins every time. It doesn’t use the phone battery as much as others do. There’s plenty of information at your finger tips, 3D mapping, access to your music library and just a well thought out app. It’s fit for purpose. Get this app, you won’t regret it.
Unreliable with Applewatch
Having previously used this app reliably over the years, I was disappointed with the unreliability of the app when using my Apple Watch to record my tracks. Despite a fully charged battery, the app would stop recording every now and then and it would not save any of the previous data. My whole morning of snowboarding is missing from my records on multiple days. Unlike other ski apps, Ski-tracks does not seem to have any Apple Watch complications available. This has been a great app over the years, it would be a shame to switch to another app if the above problems don’t get fixed.
Best app for the snow
I have been using ski tracks for many years now for tracking my runs in the snow. It’s so good tracking distance travelled, top speed etc etc. Doesn’t disappoint well worth the couple of bucks it costs.
