* Over 3 million skin checks - 50K+ skin cancers detected *
SkinVision is a medical service that provides an immediate risk assessment.
Skin checks with our clinically validated technology are affordable and potentially covered by your health insurance provider. You can buy a single risk assessment or purchase unlimited checks to effectively monitor your moles for 3 or 12 months (no subscription).
You can use some features of SkinVision for free including our risk profile and skin type quizzes, storing images of your moles and accessing UV information in your area.
Skin cancer is a global and growing problem. It's estimated that 1 in 5 people will develop it in their lifetime. More people are diagnosed with skin cancer each year than all other cancers combined.
Early detection is key to prevention and timely treatment. In fact, over 95% of skin cancers can be successfully treated if they are found early. This is why dermatologists recommend performing skin checks every 3 to 6 months. Now you can do this simply with SkinVision on your smartphone.
Our checks use an algorithm to assess your mole or skin spot for cancerous signs. Our service is quality assured by our team of dermatology experts. Our users have received more than 3.5 million risk assessments and we’ve found over 50,000 cases of melanoma and other types of skin cancer.
The SkinVision app is a regulated medical device with European CE marking. We care about your privacy and are ISO certified for information security and medical device management. SkinVision is trusted by insurance companies worldwide for the early detection of skin cancer. SkinVision has partnerships with leading health insurers, cancer clinics and research universities in the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, and New Zealand.

Ratings and Reviews
Great resource!
I’ve used the app twice to check on two different spots. The feedback I received on the second spot was exactly the same opinion I received from my GP (was there for something else so had it looked at). The first time I was recommended bythe app to see my GP, which I did. The GP said it was just a blood blister which I was relieved to hear. I also received an opinion from the app a day or two later and they said the same thing. If I’d received that opinion a bit quicker it would have saved me a trip to the doctor but I was very impressed at the report and now have confidence in the app. You can never be too careful!

Great app!
As someone who has resected Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma, I can get somewhat paranoid about spots and bumps. I have a spot currently that I’m worried about but my appointment with the dermatologist is still over a week away so I downloaded this app and took a photo of the spot. Unfortunately it listed the spot as high risk but that meant that the photo was to be reviewed for free. As I had guessed, the specialist who did the report in the app has advised me to see a dermatologist as soon as possible. I would’ve preferred to hear that there was nothing to worry about but the reality is that you never really know if it’s a melanoma unless u take a biopsy. My primary melanoma looked like a pimple not a mole so you can never be too sure by the look of a spot.
I would have liked a bit more info in the report but other than that I’m happy.

It’s saved me!
After a couple of years having a sore that wouldn't heal I came across this app and thought .. ahh what the heck. Shock, it came back with scary news. I made an appointment with the doctor and had, what turned out to be, cancer removed. Big scar but better than the alternative. This lead to a full body scan and more spots found and removed. It also lead to topical chemo. I was not a sun lover and therefore rarely got checked. If it wasn’t for this app I don't know what my prognosis would an been and at what point in time. It was easy to use and is my on the spot checker, (pun intended), now just a little paranoid and totally aware.
