Skoove: Learn to Play Piano 4+

I’ve started to teach my 6 year old kid piano and this app is great for complete beginners who know nothing about music. It’s not the prettiest app, but it’s a simple and effective interface. I tried teaching using solely books and this got no where fast. This app complements the books and I might even ditch the books altogether soon. I have 2 kids and it would be nice if it was possible so each kid have their own account rather than me having to memorise where each kid got up to. I’ve recommended this app to all my friends and family.

The app is great and has song with lessons. This is one great app, but it’s not free because there is subscriptions. The subscriptions is too expensive, but the app seems famous. The app teaches you how to play piano from Beginner to Pro and it is the best app. I love this piano app because it has so many songs and lessons. That is why I like the app. But there is subscriptions is expensive to buy and cost money. It tells you buy the subscription to unlock all of the songs. But don’t delete this piano app. The app is the best but it has subscriptions that you can unlock the songs. But I think the app is great.

I took a chance with this app and loved it to start with, paid for a years subscription to carry on practicing as much as I could. However, the sound consistency is horrendous, I’ve tried silencing and unsilencing my ipad, turning all the settings on and off, closing and reopening multiple times, even redownloading yet the majority of the time there is no sound on the lessons, ‘learn the music’, or finger gyms, then consequently it doesn’t pick up my playing so I can’t play at my own pace when learning as it just doesn’t register me at all.
Frankly it’s driving me nuts as it’s so unreliable. Feel a little duped as it was fine during the trial. Hopefully the bugs get fixed because I loved it before.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about your technical issues. You could try the USB/MIDI connection, in case your keyboard/digital piano and your Skoove version support it. It's more reliable in terms of notes recognition. Another thing you could try is to switch to a slightly different piano sound. Sometimes other sounds are being recognized better.
