Skout — Meet New People 17+

I hate that I love you so much Skout, but for the love of god please please please do something about this app! Like seriously, it’s up there when it comes to poor design and development. Constant lag and completely not user friendly.

Enlighten me. For instance, if I was to upgrade to your “premium version” you better believe I’m not paying for an app that is so poorly developed...oh and your website needs a decent once over as well. Also very very poorly designed and developed. Needs work Skout but I’ll still love you 😘

I have used Skout since the App started in Apple Store. During the years, tinder, bumble, badoo, plenty fish coke out one by one but I still keep my Skout account never leave. I guess I just love to see the people who has fun live show or chat someone I like there (even I know there are full of fake or bot profile here). Also I am always a premier member of Skout and all of my friends feel funny, but I personally think it gives my limited support to the app, because I want Skout keep going. But earlier today, Skout suddenly removed my membership and kicked me out from the community. The reason like everyone who complaint, as I violating the community policy. I have to express myself that I am the person never use aggressive language or insult people on dating app, even someone the guys are acting crazy. I may just ignore or remove the chat. But I may get maliciously reported by those fake profile or someone who owns few fake accounts with none verify photos. I tried to explain and appeal to Skout but they acting as a bot reply and do not send me even a message in Skout to express I have got warning or anything. For so many years, I feel the very sad for App development and customer team treat people cold and harsh with none reasonable enforce activity. I am sorry the community acting so harmful to a long term loyal user.

I was banned on this app for no discernible reason. I didn’t send nudes or any type of explicit pictures, I wasn’t rude to anyone unnecessarily, I didn’t spam people nor did I post any offensive/immoral pictures. I contacted the SKOUT support people asking why I was banned politely. After not receiving a reply for several days, I sent another email, the second one being as polite as the last, and haven’t seen any type of reply or acknowledgement of my email. Very disappointed as I met a few cool people on there and I have no other means of contacting those people. My pictures were also stolen on the app by another user, I doubt any action was taken on that person. The app was fine, apart from the fact there were many pop up adds and the app was very glitchy sometimes, and of course the poor service. 2 stars, very mediocre.
