Sky: Children of the Light 9+

This game is absolutely beautiful. The graphics and the artwork is just outstanding, and the sound effects make you feel like you’re in the game. The storyline is very heartwarming, once you figure it out. That’s why I love this game— because it never gives you the answers and keeps you going towards Eden (the black mountain that you can always see whilst playing)! I love how there is no shortcuts, and how the levels change. One moment you could be lazily drifting through the Daylight Prairie, next moment you could be running from an angry krill! And the patience and effort this game requires to unlock new worlds and cosmetics is extraordinary, but I can definitely confirm without a doubt that it’s all worth the extra pain. But I think the best part about it is the players. Never in the whole five months I’ve been playing this game have I come across a player that made me feel uncomfortable or sad in any way! It was a kind veteran that helped me through the Season of Assembly— and Wasteland! It’s kind of like they all have roles. New players come in confused, and the veterans help them. It’s gives off a very comforting, belonging atmosphere. TGC, if this was your goal, you’ve definitely accomplished it. All in all, this is definitely my favourite game, and would highly recommend it for everyone!!

I wanted to get this game as soon as I saw it because I absolutely love to fly so I downloaded it and the game was actually wayyyyyy better then I thought so yeah now I just can not stop playing to so when I get on my device the first app I go on is Sky: Children Of The Light it’s just to fun some spirits are kinda hilarious because they are fat lol but anyways this is a great game probably my favourite game that I have so this is definitely a must have game it’s just to good lol but anyways I hope you enjoy your time when you install this game so have fun and enjoy your time in Sky: Children Of The Light because this is a really good game and I don’t know anyone who dosnt like Sky: Children Of The Light like honestly. This game has amazing graphics and amazing detail and it’s just the best game I could ever ask for, no joke!! Game is very pretty and has a wholesome sort of vibe. Cosmetics are fun and come in a wide variety of colours and styles. Visually stunning. Gameplay-wise, however, it’s disappointing and frustrating. The game insists on cooperation with others. Cute in theory, depressing in reality. The main story is playable without the help of others but since there’s not much to do in the game besides collecting cosmetics, exploring hidden areas are a must. Problem is you’re often forced to work with one or more people to access these areas and most of the time NOBODY is stopping to help you. People online are still people, and most people are selfish. Best case scenario, you’re waiting at least half an hour doing nothing for someone to come by and help you OPEN A DOOR. Probably should have taking human nature into account and created an option or mechanic where this teamwork element isn’t a forced requirement. Control mechanics are a downright war crime. Besides running and gliding, you can forget any kind of small, controlled, precise movements. Want to land on a small surface? You’ll land, slide across it, and auto-leap off it for no reason. All in all, the game is pretty and tells a lovely story but the mechanics need to be way more polished and the forced cooperation with strangers should be revised or at least provide an alternative.
