Incorrect date & unable to fix it

Sleep data is correct but the date & time on my iPhone is correct but the date on the app is wrong (set in the year 2000) and there is no way to edit the settings. There is also no way to contact the developer of the app to be able to troubleshoot anything. Advise would be much appreciated!

Difficult to use and Problem with clock

Needed an engineer and a IT expert to set up my new NOX light. Took two hours of stuffing around. The clock is still wrong and I can’t seem to change the time. At one point it read 10:87!!! It was just after 9pm. The time on the sleep tracker is also wrong. And no, the time on my device running the app isn’t wrong.

If you require an app to set up an expensive consumer device then the app better work! And well. It doesn’t.

Very disappointed with my purchase.
