We know that every family’s needs change as their little one grows, which is why we’ve developed age-specific content for little ones from 0 – 3 years old. Grown to love
I didn’t buy the app after reading the negative reviews and because you couldn’t do a free trial. I downloaded it when it temporarily became free to New South Wales residents during the current lockdown, and it’s been great. The data is insightful, particularly when you look at the 14 day view, you can start to see improvements (or decline trends) which is helpful. Being able to share with your partner (so if they get up in the morning before you do they can see how the night went, last feed etc), and the timers are my favourite thing about the app. Helpful tips and daily check ins with follow up advice if things aren’t going well. It’s a thoughtful app, and if I have to pay money for it after lockdown I will be happy to.
Working mumma
When I started using the app I was exhausted. Having returned to work full time with two other children sometimes it was easier to put our little one into bed with us so that we could have a full night of not getting up to her. This only became habit after a short time and my sleep didn’t actually improve. It got worse. That’s when I decided I needed to do something. I took the quick and easy questionnaire and started using the app straight away. I found that deep down I knew what I needed to do, it was just that I needed the backing or the app to affirm it was all ok and I was heading in the right direction. We are only on day 7 with a small hiccup along the way, family and friends staying due to flooding, but we are back on track again. Our little one sleeps longer and is more happy through the day all because we have the app guiding us along the way.
A life saver!
I was struggling to get my son in his own bed and to sleep through the night! My sister sent me a link being at my whit ends I was happy to try anything! I didn’t see a difference until day 3! My son now wakes once for a bottle then a goes back to sleep until morning … IN HIS OWN BED!!!!!! 🎉
Being in NSW we were able to get the free trial but we have continued on as we like everyone still have a bad day or so! And they even caught on to my sons sleep apnea and they generate a letter to take to the doctors with you next time! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
