Sloth - Task Manager 4+

Sloth is the only productivity app that I've used consistently! I love that you can make and save lots of different lists. It allows me to make a different list for every day of the week, with different tasks for each day. Plus
it's helped me set up a regular morning routine which I used to really struggle with.
The only suggestion I have is to add in an option that allows for an imported list to show at the very top of the days tasks!

I've tried a bunch of different pomodoro and time boxing apps but this one is the absolute best in my opinion and they're continuing to make it better with updates. Here's what I love about it:

1. It gives a total duration and the completion time for when you will finish the tasks. This is so crucial and it's the only app I've come across that has that. That way you don't over or under estimate what you can get done

2. Unlike a lot of pomodoro apps, you can customise the times quickly and assign task names to them

3. Nice clean interface with lots of cool skins so you don't get tired of looking at the same interface

4. Task templates - if you want to assign the same time boxes and tasks each week, it makes it super easy. For example you can create a task template for Monday of 3 hours worth of writing tasks, and load that template for when you need it. Such an awesome feature i've seen nowhere else on an iphone app like this one

Really easy to use & perfect for people like me who would like to be productive throughout the day but can easily be distracted or too busy with other things (like taking care of a baby/babies, in my case). Could go on for ages about the pro’s, so def try the app. Only con I could think of is that the reminder (nag alarm) doesn’t sound unless the Sloth app is open which is rarely a problem unless you want/need to use another app eg. maps at the same time.
