I have been unable to access this game yet again today ... This is not the first time this has happened. I feel there should be some sort of compensation as I am missing out on hourly bonuses.......I am sure that I am not the only player experiencing this fault....... what do you intend doing about it and is there a rainbow at the end of the day for us who have missed out on many, many dollars.. I have been playing this game for a Long time and just hanging in regarding having a balance without using my money... I really feel that you are pretty lousy in giving a decent amount of winnings to the player...

Being a return player to this site, I can truthfully state that after experiencing what most other sites have to offer they don't come up to the standard of your benchmark site. Graphics on this site are far superior to any other but the pleasing aspect of your site is the return on investment.

I am sick of the sites that make generous offers of higher returns for higher investment then extract all your winnings without consolidating your previous good fortune.

OMG. I just opened the app to play and I am no longer on level 115 My progress shows 113. I spent so much money on level 115 to get to the next level Mother Nature. I was over 50% on the progress bar. I’m devistated. How could your app stuff up like that.
Not to mention the app freezing with every spin. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You are quick to take the money when I buy a pack. This is a ripoff. I’m reporting this. I have been playing for over a year every single day but the past 4 months the app has had major issues of freezing and taking forever to load. Don’t reply by telling me how to trouble shoot this issue because I have tried on numerous occasions nothing works. Fix this problem and my progress back to where I was on 115 otherwise I will be deleting the app and posting very negative reviews so that other people don’t get sucked in like I did. You don’t even deserve a one star rating.
