Poor app
Despite this app being listed as suitable for use with my iPad, no amount of effort would get it to synch with my wifi enabled printer. Luckily there was the 3-day free trial. Hopefully this will be honoured as the one month subscription was converted to one year when trying to open it. A bit more information about in-app purchases would be helpful. Seriously, $82 per year to print from your iPad? Please!

Hello, we are sorry for your bad experience with our app. We surely do give info upon installation and Apple pay does it as well. So the subscription details are shown twice in the app. If you wish to cancel the subscription, feel free to go to Settings - Apple ID, and then you can manage the subscription in all your apps. We hope you will give us second chance in the future.
Confused
I have purchased an Epson ecotank ET2710 multifunction printer to print family photos and the odd document. I was stunned to see that there was a subscription amount for this app.
Could you please explain to this ‘old head’ how I can simply use the app on my mobile phone to achieve this goal?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our app doesn't support/work with desktops, it works with mobile devices only.
The only way to connect is to open AirPlay/Bluetooth window in the app and then try to find it, while clicking some ''bluetooth'' button on the device to start connection.
