Poor app activation options
So disappointed of this app. In the world where you travel, migrate and change your devices constantly, having an app which you need to activate by going into an actual bank branch if you only have a code card (which has been deactivated BTW!), when you live 15k km away from Lithuania it is just ridiculous. And the only advice they have is signing for a mobile signature which I can only activate by having Lithuanian phone provider or an ID card machine - really? This is just absurd, ancient absurd. Not being able to manage your account and finances from another country if you change the device (buy a new phone etc) is a big struggle for those who migrate and travel a lot for longer periods. Swedbank, you are doing it wrong. Not recommending this app for anyone. Have been in many other countries and they have so many options for internet banking so simple as just a fingerprint, sms authentification, pin codes - you name it and you are never dependent on a branch to activate your bank app via another bank app ?!
