Not as sensitive detection of tap

I agree with the other review. Even set at maximum sensitivity the Detection of double taping is not as sensitive as on the push tracker. Often needs 3 taps to register. Not consistent so it’s harder to rely on it from a safety perspective, especially when needing it to stop.
It’s almost there though and will be much appreciated once that issue is resolved.

Good but needs polishing

The sensitivity needs recalibration. Even with it set to 100% the Smartdrive fails to respond on occasion adversely affecting the apps reliability. Please adjust to a level of that of the Ticwatch.

Safety Risk

Application has great potential but at the moment as others have said, the double tap registration needs way more work. Update:

Going on the training software feedback the single tap sensitivity is way too high but the double tap sensitivity needs to be improved. You need to double tap slowly for it to register a double tap, if you double tap quickly (like on the original PushTracker) it registers it as a single tap.

Even at 10% tap sensitivity the software very quickly registers a single tap but struggles to register a double tap correctly. Have a look at how the original push tracker is set and use those sensitivity settings to distinguish between a single and double. The Apple Watch has a very good motion sensor and quickly registers single taps on the software, even when you don’t want it too eg just pushing the chair hence needing to turn down sensitivity but the double tap is not correctly registered, unless you do a slow double tap which is not standard (have no hand / arm disability). The speed at which you need to do a double tap for it to register as a double tap is just not natural, it is way too slow.

This can be extremely dangerous if you need to stop quickly, you try double tap but due my natural double tap motion being too quick the app registers it as a single tap and doesn’t stop. As a result you need to think ahead more because you just can’t trust the device will action your double tap correctly. So far the most accurate device is still the original PushTracker watch but the Apple Watch has so much more potential due to better battery life, sensors and Bluetooth but they need to urgently sort out the double tap not registering correctly.

Please adjust the sensitivity to recognise a double tap at quick tap speed, like a fast mouse button double click.

Single taps are too easily registered even at 10% sensitivity but double taps still require a slow tap rate to register - tune the app to better recognise short / sharp double tap motions.

I use an Apple Watch Ultra.
