Huge choice
All of the discounted Instant Vouchers and Cashback offers from your employer are available in the app. This gives you the ultimate shopping experience on your phone. Saving you money on everything you already buy and on life’s big expenses.
Online shopping
Earn money back while you shop with all of the available Cashback offers in the app. Find the retailer you want to shop with, click the Cashback button, and shop as normal in the retailer's online store which loads directly in the app.
Digital wallet
All of the Instant Vouchers you buy will be saved into the app's digital wallet – whether you buy them in the app or on the desktop site. You can use your Instant Vouchers without phone reception or a Wi-Fi connection once they’re saved in the digital wallet too.
Intelligent basket
Start ordering discounted Instant Vouchers in the app or on the desktop site and the intelligent basket will keep them in place and let you complete your purchase on any other device. Clever!
Safe & secure
Your card details are not saved to the app and you can choose a four-digit PIN to prevent anyone but you from logging in.
Your account
Watch your Cashback build in the ‘My Account section’ of the app and use it to pay for your Instant Vouchers. You can also update your personal details.

Stopped working. Impossible to add your credit card
App no longer works. Says the credit cards arrangements have changed but impossible to bring up the part of the app to add your card again.
The only way to do this is when you purchase but it just won’t display the fields for you to enter.
I contact support via the apps chat and could not resolve the problem either. Said I had to wait till next time I need to purchase and try via the web site then.
A lot of frustration to try and save a few dollars.
Good Discounts Terrible App
1. Version 2.4.1 was meant to bring Apple Pay to Australia, you literally have no way of using this function. When you attempt a purchase the only options available are to use cashback balance, use an existing card or create a new card. So Apple Pay is not available at all in any of the latest versions of this app.
2. There is no dedicated section in the app to view your payment details. The only way to view them is to attempt to make a payment for something.
3. There is no way to withdraw your cashback balance via the app. Another core system/process just completely missing from the app.
Note: To those people complaining about the Woolies redirect to everyday reward that’s an issue with Woolies identifying you are coming in via mobile app not SmartSpending. If you request the desktop site on your mobile browser you will be able to view the voucher.
Stay away from these guy cash back offers. They ignore all attempts to communicate with them.
Years ago I bought a Hamilton Island holiday deal through these guys with a cash back offer. I never got the cash back rewards. At the end of the last year my company got these guys to do a show and tell about their services and I pointed out that this happened. I pointed out that there is no way to get in touch with them when something goes wrong like what happened to me and they said to get my company to contact them with the details and they would look into it and help me, but they’ve been ignoring the several attempts my company has made to get help on my behalf. Their support for customers when something goes wrong is non-existent. It’s pretty much impossible to get a hold of these guys. Be very careful and stay away from their Earn cash back rewards etc.
