Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the Nike app. I was charged for a year without prior notice that in Australia, the app redirects to the website, where only regular sneakers are displayed. Furthermore, the functionality to view new shoe releases and participate in raffles is extremely limited. I believe the app should not be enabled for Australia under these circumstances, and I expect an immediate solution to this issue.

Will You Have To Pay After The Trial?

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I can't make this service free. I am paying for a designer and other technical stuff to make this service work. I don't want even to mention the time amount I am spending myself on this app every day.
However, I am trying to make the core of the app free. For example, you can see upcoming sneaker releases without paying a cent. Additionally, any new user gets a 3-day free trial, so they can verify that the application is suiting them before making any payment.
