Description
Soccer Teammate lets you capture and analyse your soccer team’s statistics.
Record game events in real-time. There are over 40 predefined events that can be recorded including goals, assists, shots (on and off target and hit woodwork), saves, crosses, corner kicks, substitutions, fouls, offsides, penalties, yellow and red cards, and many more.
Track your team’s and individual players’ statistics. Choose from over 70 predefined statistics covering scoring, shooting, passing, defending, goalkeeping, dead balls, infringements, discipline and game outcomes. The statistics include simple event counts such as Shots On Target, time-based statistics such as Minutes Per Shot and more complex statistics such as Shot Accuracy, Save Percentage and Clean Sheets.
Create your own custom events and statistics. Create player, goalkeeper and team events. Create statistics that count single or multiple events or divide one set of event counts by another, allowing a huge range of statistics to be created.
Track playing time for each player and by position using in-game player clocks.
Directly manipulate team line-ups and formations by dragging players into position. Make substitutions by dragging players to and from the bench.
Define multiple competitions, each with their own game format, including the number of players and substitutes, the number of periods and their duration and whether games can have extra time and/or a penalty shootout.
Record contact information for all players and coaches for easier communication with parents and opposing team coaches. Link games to calendar events and their location to maps.
Share information by email, SMS and Twitter and automatically tweet game events.
Define shirt colours and styles and team logos for all teams making team identification easy. Use numbered player shirts or photos to identify players within team line-ups.

Awesome football app
This is an awesome app - I highly recommend using this app. I have been using this app for seven years. I use the app to track statistics of football games, player game times and various other player stats. I have used the app in my capacity as team manager for a number of different teams at various levels of football - school knockouts, NPL1, NPL2, club football and State representative level. I have even used it for Futsal teams. Andrew the app developer has been very supportive in adding registration numbers and birthdates for players as requested and upgrading the app with various other important features. I have recommended this app to many other managers over the last 7 years.

This is Jodi Johnson - I wrote to you a few years ago regarding your app Teammate.
I have been using the app teammate again recently and noticed a that there is a need for stoppage time/injury time/drink breaks to be recorded.
Also with fouls it would be good to indicate the player that drew the foul - at the moment I can indicate the player that committed a foul and the player that took the free kick but not the player that drew/won the foul.

Many thanks for your kind review. And thanks for the suggested improvements. Being able to stop and start the clock for breaks in play is something that others have also requested, so it would be good to include in a future update. Recording the player that drew a foul is not a suggestion I've had before, but I’ll definitely give it some thought. Thanks again - I really appreciate your comments.
Simple,useful, great work
The app is terrific. It is simple enough that it is practical to use during the heat of a match, but really extensive. Best bits; tracking player positions, subs, formation. A few suggestion,for me anyway: 1) to be able to invert the field layout so keeper can be at the top or bottom. When showing the boys their positions i find i have the field upside down to them gathered around me, or their names are upside down. 2) can you add a simple event for Good Play. Their is a huge range of events to track, but actually most of the time for man of the match it is simply a case of a player playing with great heart or commitment and i would like to capture that as good play. Nice to have/suggestions would be to sound an alarm at half time/full time, pictures for the players (great fun for the boys), ability to flag a match as rescheduled or postponed perhaps a reason like weather so that Next Match doesn't keep going to the rescheduled match. Anyway love the app and better than many that cost way more. Good job.
Excellent & keeps getting better
This latest update is a huge improvement to an already excellent app. For me the top features are: 1. The ability to contact players by so many means (SMS, email, Facebook, twitter etc.). 2. Keep track of stats by game/player/season. 3. Integration with other iOS features (maps etc.)
With this latest upgrade Soccer Teammate is now several steps in advance of any other similar app I have used. Thoroughly recommended.
