Glitches during ‘TRIAL’ Stage

With hopes of returning to a more developed SocialStats, thankfully I haven’t rushed in & paid for another product without trialing it. During what I remembered was simple, it failed in adding in additional addresses during its online TRIAL & gave incorrect/0 stats on the APP TRIAL. Reluctantly delayed at my pre-launch stage, hopes are for any other feedback…?!

Does not work. Has potential though.

I like the idea of this app and as stated it has potential. However it simply does not work!

I’ve paid the inapp purchase to allow support for YouTube but it can not find any of my YouTube channels????

Fixes and suggestions:
1. Allow URL search to find channels more easily.

2. Update widget to support 4 options of social media. For example YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

This would allow users to track ALL their social media followers under one widget.

3. Add details within the app to contact you as there is nothing within the app description or your website to offer feedback or support. Not even an email address.

I’m writing this review in the hopes that you read this comment and contact me for further support.

If these issues are fixed, then my rating will change otherwise I will sadly need to request a refund due to the fact that I’ve paid for a service that does not work.

Hey,

1. We have a plus button on the top right where you can add your channel if you are unable to find it through search.

You can add your channel id and any display name for your channel. What is returned to us is out of our control unfortunately. We hope the plus button and adding your channel manually works.

2. We hope you understand that fetching data from different social media may not be possible and may not be follow their terms of service. We will investigate this further. Each website and social media has a different method of fetching followers/subscribers so each one is done manually especially since we don’t require you to log in with your account.

3. On the AppStore you can find our developer website. We will add support links in app as an additional way of contacting us.

Does What It Says On The Tin

Just wanted to give some positive feedback, as I’ve been using this app for months now with no issues at all. Super easy way to share my socials info with people when they ask for it, as I can bring up the widgets instead of hunting through each app trying to remember each unique username 😅
