We set a high standard to ensure our customers’ information is safe and secure while using the SocietyOne app. We utilise industry level biometric security, encrypted transmissions and AES-256 encrypted storage of sensitive information.

To use the SocietyOne app, you must be over 18 years of age and an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

What’s New

-The new version of the SocietyOne app provides better protection for our customers
- Customers will receive a one time password (OTP) when updating their SocietyOne app
- When customers log into the app with the OTP, they will be required to be re-verified at the first log in
If you're experiencing issues with the app, please delete and re-install. Make sure you have auto-updates switched on and you're on the latest operating system

Login issues
Like a lot of other reviews state, this app is annoying as you have to sign in every time you use it, even after enabling fingerprint or facial each time (to supposedly make logging in easier). It’s been going on for quite awhile going by the reviews. Obviously not on their list of priorities.
Great app but keeps signing you out
Great app, but in the last few updates it keeps signing you out after each session. It used to stay logged in now each time you need to log back in and setup Face ID etc.
Always Signing In
I now have to sign in and enable thumb print every time I want to use the app. A frustrating development in what was previously a greater friendly app.
