Solis WiFi 4+

Purchased and used in Australia Malaysia Indonesia Thailand Vietnam England. Does exactly what it says it will do. Purchased unlimited while travelling for a few months have used on islands like Lembongan Koh Samui and Phu Quoc used in tourist hot spots like Kuta Phuket etc also used across country on buses through countries and the signal was always good just turn on and wait five mins and you are good to go. Five devices was more than enough for two of us and when we were with friends we could share the hotspot so they could do things securely in north east Bali etc.

Weirdly only country to have slight problems with speed and signal was Malaysia in KL but it wasn’t completely useless just slow.

I like it because you don’t have to keep getting new SIM cards for your phone and each time you hit a country you are connected straight away also out and about so many travellers had to buy a drink to use WiFi where as we didn’t have to worry!

Five stars and I will be travelling in Europe and around the uk next and will probably have it on hand and buy a day pass to use to supplement my mobile contract while travelling and lend to others in the family as you can turn on and off the unlimited subscription whenever you want!

This has hands down changed my life for the better. I can work across multiple devices, anywhere in the world and I don’t have to worry about what country I’m in, how much data I’ve used, what contract I’m locked into. You have to get their device to work with the app but seriously as a business owner I actually it’s the best product I’ve ever bought.

I’ve never left a review for anything before but this is so good I couldn’t not share the news with other travellers/ business people.

This is going to be my Christmas presents to my whole family and have already recommended it to other business travellers and friends.

I’ve only just bought the Solis device and I was trying to get it going using the app which I downloaded to my iPhone. It never seems to connect but I only waited a few minutes so maybe I need to wait longer. I’m not sure why I have to wait at all.

I decided to use the website instead via safari. I got through eventually after contacting the help support people via email. I got an answer within a couple of hours and they seemed to have applied more credit to my account so I was able to connect to the web this time to view my account and buy more credit. But the app still isn’t connecting at all.

I’m still waiting to go on holidays to use the device. So I don’t know if it works yet. But it will be good if I can get it going. I find the instructions a little too brief and would prefer more details on the website or in the quick start guide.
