If you are on Premium you can additionally handle incoming customer questions from a chat widget at your website or from your Facebook page. Customer questions come to a shared team inbox.
Team chat allows one-on-one chat and group chat within your team.
AI tools help you get summaries from recorded meetings and blog articles for your website.

There are a few improvements that could be made, a few user options to make usage easier and more user friendly, but overall the system is wonderful, we’re all very happy with it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
3 stars now - probably 5 stars in future.
A few features missing currently but I’m sure they’ll come.
1. The phone doesn’t ring from the app unless the app is open for web calls. I do understand this is being worked on. Call forwarding works so no problem there.
2. No call logs for missed calls. This is a big one for me. The old app has call logs for missed calls but not the new one. Definitely needs to be added.
3. SMS (I know you’re working on it) but an inbuilt sms system where you can receive and reply to sms messages within the app would be amazing.
I have no messages or anything on the app so I’m not sure where everything gets categorised just yet. But phone calls (and phone logs) and chats needs to be separated if they’re not already.
I’m being quite critical here as these features would be the whole experience nearly flawless.
Hope to see some of the features soon!
So far so good!
Sonetel has been really helpful to get my e-commerce store off the ground. I needed a number so I could comply with google merchant requirements and didn’t want to have to get a whole new business phone, and sonetel came to the rescue!
The app makes it easy to get messages on the go, and assign coversations.
Also cannot fault their customer service :) super prompt and lovely!
