Description

The Sonic 4 saga continues in Episode II with the return of a beloved sidekick and fan-favorite villains!

Metal Sonic has teamed up with Dr. Eggman, and the dubious duo are together on Little Planet, ready to build a new Death Egg, this time constructed around Little Planet. It’s up to Sonic and his trusty sidekick to foil Dr. Eggman’s plans and take down Death Egg mk.II. With a classic ‘Sonic feel,’ enhanced gameplay, five distinctive Zones, and a soundtrack composed by Jun Senoue, this speedy sequel that originally launched in May of 2012 does not disappoint.

This release of Sonic The Hedgehog 4: Episode II also includes Episode Metal unlocked from the get-go. This bonus set of stages sees you playing as Metal Sonic across fiendishly difficult versions of Zones from Sonic The Hedgehog 4: Episode I. Complete them to discover the complete story behind Sonic The Hedgehog 4!

Rlly creative name ,

A few flaws, but great nonetheless!

When I first downloaded this game, I didn’t know what to expect. I heard lots of reviews about how ‘Mania is the true successor’ and that sort of stuff, but I thought I’d give it a try. I have to say, I’m overwhelmed by how pretty this game is! It has outstanding graphics, the controls and handling is better than episode one, and Sonic has better animations.

The reason why I’m giving four stars is because, ever since they added this game to Sega Forever, I’ve had to pay money to play online and get rid of ads, which I already had before this update. I am not going to spend an extra three dollars on a game I already spent $5 on. I believe the tech team is working to get this out of the way, but it’s still an inconvenience.

Overall, this game is great. The zones have a nostalgic touch while still keeping it modern, Tails was an amazing addition (along with the Tag-Team mechanics), the bosses, AND Episode Metal. I believe 4 Stars for this game is well deserved, but if it was a bit more stable, then I would definitely upgrade to 5 stars.

It is good but…..

It is very good but there are just a few glaring problems. First the super sonic button won’t work and also the metal sonic act just takes away from the entire good experience (I think it’s some missed potential). But other then that and a few other problems that I won’t list it is a fun experience and if you haven’t played it yet you definitely should.

SEGA cheated me once again!

The original mobile release was amazing it claimed my favourite mobile game of all time and now my iPod gen I or II I think is broken and I can’t do anything even when connected to the internet and I only have 2 games on it left Mosman s1 all eps and this and I still love it even now 100% completed but now I need internet (1 of the responsibilities loved it was costing was no ads unlike any other sega mobile game) and now cos my internet is stuffed (my iPod is failing but hey it’s really old)but now I have new devices I add it on (same Apple ID I need to pay again and now it crashes at the end of most levels so AGH I beg you please if they left them alone I would be playing all the time cos it’s offline other than multiplayer so please I BEG you make it back to $4.99 again and make the ads leave or get redeem it for me my Apple ID and make the ads go away!
Ps I would be still be happy if not my iPod is broken sigh
