Soulver is a beautiful notepad calculator app that you will love. It has a new kind of interface that is far more useful than a traditional calculator. It lets you use words alongside numbers, so that they make sense and do calculations over multiple lines. Use Soulver for quick calculations, number problems involving variables, unit conversions, and for thinking through problems that involve math.

Soulver is an amazing app. I’ve used it extensively for years and it’s never disappointed me. I just saw Soulver 3 for Mac and it looks even better (sub totals and dark mode!) but where is Soulver 3 for iOS and iPad OS? I would upgrade instantly to all but can’t right now because Soulver 3 for Mac doesn’t sync with Soulver 2 for iOS. Is Soulver 3 for iOS and iPad OS coming soon?

It is very different from the traditional calculators, kind of like a spread sheet for you to do a whole lot of calculations.I was not so used to it at first, but once I played around with it a bit more, I started to like its presentation. It actually makes the calculation much more readable and clear. You can see all previous calculations, referring the results from previous lines, and even save them into a file. I also found this app very handy on my iPhone when I go shopping. I always use the % percentage function to calculate the sale price. This little app does make my life easier. Good work to whoever wrote it! P.S. Love the name of the app!
Lost all my files

I used to love this app but new update removed integration with Dropbox and I lost all my old files. They should add at least a way to import those files (clicking + then “open file..” doesn’t work).
