Ratings and Reviews
Works great
Been using for about a month and had no problems with it. The app does what it’s supposed to do. It allows you to alter preset equaliser settings or it allows you to mess around with them yourself if you want. You can also change your noise cancelling noises from it. I like about 80% wind noise and 20% rain, but there is a lot of options.
Great start but could use device battery widgets and a size reduction
Surprisingly good app for managing your Anker headphones. Would love to see them build on this with a battery widget for setting their charge levels similar to the Apple AirPods widget.
Only complaint would be the absurd install size, over 300mb! I’d encourage the devs to try using efficient image compression and minimising the additional assets included in the package as there’s no reason a simple device manager app should be this huge, especially one targeting budget users who are likely to have devices with the minimum storage options.
Bare Minimum of what I expected
The app looks like it has been untouched since 2012 with one notable feature being the custom noise cancelling being a slider that goes around in circles with no markings or actual effect on the headphone whatsoever. Other than that it has a couple ok eq and tip fit features but that doesn’t really excuse the early 2010s interface (iPhone/iPad scale button in the corner rather than just working as well as being really narrow on an iPad even if you do expand it) and the uselessness of the noise cancelling settings. With the resources this company has it is just shameful that they ended up making this instead of some half decent app.
