Faithful emulation
It’s a faithful emulation of the original Space Invaders! What more can I say about this iconic video game that kickstarted the entire arcade game industry?
Well the controls on the phone are adequate for a game like this that otherwise requires the precision of a joystick. It’s quite playable.
The inclusion of a global leaderboard will have you competing for high score... just like the good old days in the arcade.
At last!
The original classic now invading the iPhone! Authentic graphics, look & feel, sounds and game play. Personal preference of course but I have found the 2 button 'controller' works the best for me - leave your finger on the screen and simply slide it over the buttons. The accelerometer looks potentially even better - it's very sensitive but I need more practice to get the required precision. Overall, a well ported game.
Space invaders
WOW I was playing the black and white version of this back in the late ‘70s. 😂🤣😂 My reflexes have obviously got way slower and it’s on a touch screen but it’s still great fun. Thanks for the memories 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
