Still trying to make up my mind

So good game since huge update but can see a lot of bugs I am trying to upgrade my fortress but I am stuck in a giltch can find where to upgrad next thing,

Stuck in level

This is cute little game but after all my stations are leveled to 7, the main showed that I need a station at level 8 to continue. But there are nothing to level so I am stuck at level 7. So I thought maybe I need to finish all the trials for level 8 to be able to continue. Nope. Still stuck.
