The most friendly and efficient way to do laundry. The staff are so helpful and the app is easy peasy! Highly recommend!
Fine app but Terrible customer service
I requested the refund 6 months ago and they admitted that was their app issue but I haven’t had any refund yet. The customer service said that is not their responsibility and keep saying the refund will be processed in 14 business days. However they never refund it. The worst part is I tried to resolve this issue with them but they disconnected me in their internal customer support channel and keep avoiding to help me. I also report this to the apple store in case some have the some issue. Good luck with the one who want to use this app.
Not working anymore
The app seem to get stuck on an infinite loop when proceeding to wash. And shows already occupied washers as available when they are clearly not. The situation keeps occurring and wasting time of people. The app used to work well till last month (May, 2019)
