NOT HAPPY !!
I joined this App thinking that my purchase was permanent and secure. I went through all the ‘SPOT’ requests to activate my account with them - including a password, licence ID, email address, finger print, phone number etc.
Then my phone broke and when I loaded the app onto my new phone, I find out that none of these security measures were enough to retrieve my money. I even emailed ‘Spot’ management a previous transaction to prove ownership of my account, but to no avail.
Thank god I only had a few hundred dollars worth in my account and not thousands that I was planning on investing.
I wonder who ended up with my money in their account? And I doubt I’m the only one who’s been duped in this fashion.
My personal recommendation is that you choose another app that has a more personalised, empathetic and helpful approach when it comes to retrieving your hard earned funds.
