Does not work any more
I have Iphone12 and the app stopped working just 3 days ago. The new update worked for few days, then all I am getting is UNABLE TO LOAD DATA. It works at the end of the shift day when we end the drawer but nothing during the day to see live sales.
The app continues to work on my partner’s mobile (she has a newer iphone). I deleted the app, hard reset the iPhone with no outcome. Looks like I need a new phone to get it working again! Very disappointing.
I also agree with few others’ comments that the new update is “trying too hard”. All we need a basic summary with a clear view on our iPhones, not a detailed report at the front interface. I think a new change is required to show the first view as simple as possible and anyone who wants to see more can go to the next page/view to read more data.
I am not getting right now the value for money for my mobile app and hope that changes sooner than later.
Please fix all the bugs ASAP and consider the heavy users’ feedback.

Our engineers have rolled back the previous version of the dashboard while we work through some of the feedback we've been provided. We appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
Doesn’t work anymore with IPhones
This app used to be amazing with live reports & analysis on sales. However for some reason with recent updates. It no longer works on my iPhone & other iPhones. I’m not sure what they have done but I no longer have access to the app. Square I love your products but what’s happening with Dashboard! Please fix this!!
Comparisons too hard to read
The new ‘comprehensive’ timeframe comparisons have removed the hourly view, and has become too difficult to read when we have a lot of transactions during that time. Please allow users to have the flexibility to go back to the previous experience.
Also please allow the iOS widget to have the option to compare to previous week of same weekday.
