Features includes:
• A pre-set exercise plan that follows public health guidelines
• A record of the number of exercises you have completed, compared to your target
• Visual and audio prompts for exercises
• Exercise reminders with customisable settings
• Educational information about the pelvic floor
• “Professional mode” – if working with a pelvic health specialist, you can tailor the exercise plan to fit your needs
• A bladder diary to keep track of your symptoms, if required
• Simple and clear interface

I’ve seen a women’s health physio before but found it hard to keep track of and motivated about exercises. This app is simple and really easy to use. Also love that it’s a one time only payment instead of subscription. Developed by the UK public heath authority NHS so reputable and value for money.

The. cues to help you do the exercises are great. Love the info included in appAs well. But…, I am quite disappointed you can’t set the app to give and audible notification when it’s time to do your exercises. Unless you watch the clock or are glued to your phone you just miss all your squeezes. The only option seems to be to set seperate alarms which kind of make the app a bit useless in my opinion. Also, I think the app should also include a bowel diary not just a bladder diary.
Really great

This was well worth the money. I could never remember to do them so hadn’t made progress in months, my continance physio showed me this and I’ve never missed since! Plus I can record things and set it up to what suits me too, from the beginning to the more I progress.
