Really great

This was well worth the money. I could never remember to do them so hadn’t made progress in months, my continance physio showed me this and I’ve never missed since! Plus I can record things and set it up to what suits me too, from the beginning to the more I progress.

So much potential yet ingredients missing

The. cues to help you do the exercises are great. Love the info included in app
As well. But…, I am quite disappointed you can’t set the app to give and audible notification when it’s time to do your exercises. Unless you watch the clock or are glued to your phone you just miss all your squeezes. The only option seems to be to set seperate alarms which kind of make the app a bit useless in my opinion.

Also, I think the app should also include a bowel diary not just a bladder diary.

Best pelvic floor exercises

This is the only set of pelvic floor exercises I have actually kept up. The app is concise, easy to follow with sound advice. The reminder and record are great features. It works!
