Customer Sign Up
Users can become Members by clicking on the link to register. To become a Registered User the customer must enter their first and last name, verifiable email address, password, postcode and selected store. With additional not compulsory fields of Mobile number and Date of Birth.
Should a Registered User forget their password they will be able to request a password reset from the sign in screen. Logout
Members will have the ability to log out of the SDC App via the side menu.
This is a personalised profile screen created based on the information given via the Customer Sign Up screen. This screen is only available to Members and will display a personalised greeting, image, local store with click through to further details, Loyalty Reward status. This screen is only visible to Members.
The Members unique barcode is also displayed on this screen for easy access when making a purchase in store.
There will also be a unique barcode pop up accessible from the bottom of the screen for use with instore purchases.
When a User opens the Locations menu the closest 2 stores to their current GPS location will display at the top of a list, also showing distance to location. Each store location will be able to be selected and a secondary screen with a map and further details including opening hours and extended offers.
The Deals screen will be split into two areas. The top will display current promotions and chance to win opportunities with the remaining split into clickthrough categories. Each product will be clickable so that further detail is accessible.
The My Account screen will display all current details related to the customers registration. Â This is also the screen that will allow the Registered User to make alterations to their profile. Should an email address be altered this will change the login access for the customer and a new verification and confirmation email would need to be sent via server.
Members will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the service received on their most recent purchase. This screen will show the location of the customers most recent purchase and also the date of their purchase. A star rating is requested and any feedback relevant to that rating can also be detailed.
Notifications will 'pop up' on the screen to indicate an action is required or an offer is valid unique to the customer. Â These notification will then be stored on the notification screen for the period that they are valid and unused.
