won’t let me vote

Ive tried to vote for Ateez for the last hour on Starpass with the 70 heart jellies I have. for some reason it keeps saying I have insufficient points, and when I go to recharge them by watching ads (which you can only do 5 times every hour) it doesn’t work because obviously I’ve already viewed all the ads I can for this hour. I also turned my phone completely off for ten minutes & constantly reset the app. please feel free to give Ateez 7 more votes on behalf of me since it would not let me vote.

I suggest starpass make an official Instagram for minor issues like this so I can send you photo proof of my 70 points & the re-occurring ‘insufficient points’ message privately and work it out together. Up until now everything was working perfectly fine with this app hence the average star rating I left, I just hope Starpass can fix this :)

Overall Good app but need to spend money

Good app to let fans vote for their group but the jelly cost a lot

It’s been a while!!

I used to use this app to vote for my fave idols on polls and for music show wins. Now I’m back and things have changed! Honestly it’s a great app that allows international fans vote to help out favourite artists received music show wins and other benefits for them. I’m still figuring out the all as it’s been a while however I think it’s a good app. You can even collect jelly hearts without breaking your bank by just watching ads or participating in a few activities. At the end of the day, I just want to help my favourite wins by voting and such. There is definitely room for app development !!
